    Free Meditation Teleclass for Conscious Pregnancy and Conception

    Whether you are currently pregnant or trying to conceive, a free teleconference called BabySpirit Meditation might be of interest to you!

    Conscious Conception, an international Energy and Spirit Coaching company specializing in conception and fertility, is offering a free teleconference on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. Pacific (7:00 p.m. Eastern), and Saturday, Feb. 28, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Pacific (2:00 p.m. Eastern).

    During the calls, Elisabeth Manning, founder of Conscious Conception will guide participants using a set of simple tools to connect with their awareness and mindfulness, which she explains will increase fertility potential and enriching pregnancy health. The work includes guided imagery, light work to restore health and circulation, and meditation that calms and clears the mind and emotions, according to Manning.

    "My passion is to guide couples to an awakened and empowered path to parenthood, and allow their own realized potential in creating their future children," said Manning. "There is no telling what is possible when we include Spirit and a high vibration (such as love) to the fertility process, including natural conception, IUIs (Intrauterine Insemination) or IVF (In Vitro Fertilization). I believe infertility and pregnancy challenges can be embraced as an opportunity to awaken to a higher calling; an awakening of the Self that otherwise would not have been touched."
